Dr. Monique Tan is a Lecturer in Public Health Nutrition and NIHR Advanced Fellow at Queen Mary University of London’s Centre for Public Health & Policy. Her work focuses on policy-driven food reformulation and improving population diets to combat non-communicable diseases. She holds degrees in Nutrition (Switzerland), International Health (Sweden), and Data Analytics for Government (UK).
