Dr. hab. Monika Komsta, prof. KUL is a distinguished professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. She specializes in the history of ancient and medieval philosophy, with a focus on late antiquity, Roman Stoicism, and the Peripatetic school. Her scholarly work includes extensive research on Alexander of Aphrodisias, Themistius, and other commentators of Aristotle.
- Education: Master's in Theoretical Philosophy (1995-2000) and Classical Philology (1997-2002) at KUL, Doctorate (2005) and Habilitation (2016) in Philosophy.
