Education
- PhD in Philosophy with a focus on Ethics, Social and Political Philosophy
Her research integrates ethics, social/political philosophy, and transformative pedagogy to advocate for shifts from separation to interdependence and domination to reciprocity. Grounded in wonder, justice, and renewal, her work analyzes carceral education contexts and systems of supremacy through philosophical frameworks emphasizing practical wisdom and ecological consciousness.
Her publication Contrary to Thoughtlessness: Rethinking Practical Wisdom exemplifies her interdisciplinary approach spanning philosophy, ecopsychology, and critical social theory. Research trends reveal consistent focus on ethical transformation, relational ontology, and decolonial frameworks within environmental and social justice contexts.
