Dr Monica Chien is an Associate Professor at the School of Business, Faculty of Business, Economics and Law, The University of Queensland. With multidisciplinary expertise in marketing, psychology, and tourism, her research focuses on consumer behavior, tourist-host dynamics, and branding strategies. She has led international projects on sport scandals, tourism sustainability, and resident-tourist intergroup relations.
