Professor Monder Ram OBE serves as Director of the Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship (CREME), recognized globally for expertise in ethnic minority entrepreneurship and small business research. He maintains active visiting positions at Warwick University and University of Turku while advising UK government policy through the All-Party Parliamentary Group for BAME Business Owners.
