Molly Henderson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Memphis. She serves as the Online Coordinator for the Political Science B.A. program and teaches courses in modern political theory, American government, and political media.
- Research Interests: Political media/communications, modern and contemporary political thought, and state/federal education legislation.
- Education: Ed.D. from Oklahoma State University (2006), M.A. in Political Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma (1996), and B.A. in Communications/Political Communications from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (1993).
- Experience: 1995–present Instructor, 1995–1997 Candidate Liaison, 1999–2011 Academic Programs Chair, and 2014–present Online Program Coordinator.
In 2019, she received recognition as one of the Top 50 Best Instructors. Her work focuses on political communications/media, modern political thought, and educational legislation.
