Professor Moira Hulme is a leading academic in the School of Education and Social Sciences at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS), where she serves as Research Lead for educational research and director of the Pedagogy, Policy and Place research group. Prior to joining UWS in 2023, she held research positions at the University of Glasgow and Manchester Metropolitan University. Her work focuses on teacher education, professional learning, and school leadership, with practical applications for improving educational systems and teacher working conditions across Scotland and the UK.
