Dr. Mohammad Teymouri is an Assistant Professor at South Dakota State University (SDSU) in the Department of Construction and Concrete Industry Management, part of the Jerome J. Lohr College of Engineering. His research focuses on sustainable construction materials, concrete durability, and AI-driven optimization. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University (2024), an M.S. from Isfahan University of Technology (2016), and a B.S. from Amirkabir University of Technology (2013). Dr. Teymouri is a committee member of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) AKM60 and has contributed to Iranian standards for concrete and soil testing. His awards include the Portland Cement Association Grant ($35,000), the Colorado State University Dean’s Fellowship, and multiple scholarships. He teaches courses such as GE 241: Applied Mechanics/Statics and CM 353: Construction Structures.
