Dr. Mohamed Saad is a Research Scientist at the South Australian Immunogenomics Cancer Institute (SAiGENCI), University of Adelaide, Australia. He holds the position of Early Career Researcher (ECR) within the Tumour Inflammation & Immunotherapy department. Dr. Saad completed his PhD in 2019 at Monash University and is eligible to supervise Master’s and PhD students. His research focuses on understanding the roles of ADAM17 protease, rhomboid pseudoproteases, and IL-6 cytokine signaling in cancer-related processes such as dysregulated cell proliferation, inflammation, and cell death, particularly in lung cancer contexts.
