Mischa Twitchin

Dr. Mischa Twitchin is a Senior Lecturer in Theatre and Performance at Goldsmiths, University of London. He holds a PhD from Queen Mary, University of London and was a British Academy Post-Doctoral Fellow (2014-17). His research focuses on European avant-garde theatre, Afro-European cultural politics, and memory studies, with particular attention to the works of Tadeusz Kantor and Aby Warburg. He teaches courses on Polish theatre, Artaud's legacies, and performance philosophy.

His creative outputs include performance-films and installations addressing themes like Terezin's legacy and ethnographic object relations.
