Miroiu Adrian is a Professor of Political Science at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest. He has held significant administrative roles, including Dean of the Faculty of Political Science (2001–2005) and President of the university (2008–2012). He previously served as Associate Professor and Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Bucharest (1991–2001), and held political roles such as Secretary of State for Higher Education (1999–2001).
