Mirjana Hladika, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. She holds a doctorate in Economics and Business and has been actively involved in academic and professional projects since 2007.
- Education: Doctorate in Economics and Business (2013), Specialist Degree in Management Accounting and Internal Auditing (2009), BSc in Accounting (2007)
Research Interests: Her work focuses on financial reporting, sustainability disclosures, and accounting standardization. She contributes to management accounting practices and agricultural accounting frameworks in Croatia.

- Dean's Awards (2007, 2007)
Professional Roles: Leads the Department of Accounting, serves on Zagreb Bank's Supervisory Board, and chairs editorial boards for accounting journals. She has coordinated international research projects like COST CA 17125 PUVACA (2018-2022).
