Tonći Lazibat is a Full Professor at the Department of Trade and International Business, Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb, and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the international scientific journal Business Excellence. He held leadership roles including Dean (2010-2014) and Vice-Rector for Business at the University of Zagreb (2014-2022), and currently heads the postgraduate specialist study in Quality Management.

Prof. Lazibat's research focuses on International Business, Quality Management, and Global Security. He has conducted research and training at Harvard University and MIT, emphasizing ISO standards and operational excellence.
His publications reveal a strong trajectory in global economic integration and quality frameworks. Notable works include textbooks on commodity exchanges (2017), product knowledge (2012), and two editions of Quality Management (2023, 2009), reflecting his dual expertise in economic globalization and quality systems.

As Editor-in-Chief of Business Excellence, he has shaped academic discourse. He is a certified quality manager and lead auditor for quality systems.
