Nikolina Dečman, PhD is an Associate Professor and Vice Dean for Business, Protocol, and Organization at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, where she has worked since 2007. She leads the Department of Accounting and focuses on teaching and research in accounting for small and medium-sized enterprises, financial and non-financial reporting, and sustainability reporting.
- Education: Doctoral and Postgraduate degrees in Business Economics from the University of Zagreb.
- Key Roles: Vice Dean (2024-present), Head of Department (2024-present), and Project Coordinator for EU-funded initiatives like DIGI4Teach and SUSTA.
