Miriam Rosa is a Visiting Assistant Professor at ISCTE-IUL's Department of Social and Organizational Psychology and Associate Researcher at CIS-IUL. She completed her PhD in Psychology at ISCTE-IUL (2009-2012) with co-supervision at the University of Kiel, and was an FCT postdoctoral fellow at CIS-IUL and Rotterdam School of Management (2013-2018). She co-coordinated research groups GCIR and PsyChange.
Her research focuses on intergroup relations in asymmetric status contexts, examining organizational dynamics (diversity, mergers), activism, and religious groups. Recently, she studies social challenges in high-tech sectors (aeronautics, space, defense, maritime).
Teaching: Coordinates 'Diversity at Work' and teaches courses including:
- Academic Skills II
- Social Psychology
- Quantitative Research Methods
Current Project: Co-leads 'Tr@ck_IN' (2021-2024), evaluating employment services for rural youth.
