Rosa Rodrigues

Professor Rosa Rodrigues is a faculty member at Instituto Superior de Gestão, where she serves as Student Ombudsman and Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. She teaches courses in Scientific Research Methodologies, Psychosociology of Organizations, Competency Development and Management, Performance Management and Evaluation, Research Seminar, and Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior for public administration training programs.

• MSc in Clinical Psychology and Work/Organizational Psychology from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa
• Postgraduate Degree in Data Analysis in Social Sciences from ISCTE-IUL
• BSc in Psychology from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa
