Rosa Isabel Isabel

Prof. Rosa Isabel Isabel is a faculty member at the Instituto Superior de Gestão–Business & Economics School, where she coordinates the Human Resource Management undergraduate program and teaches at both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels. Her research spans organizational behavior, human resource management, work psychology, and sustainability practices.
