Miriam Craske holds a Doctor of Philosophy and is an Associate Tutor at the Faculty of Science, University of East Anglia. She also serves as a Senior Research Associate in the School of Health Sciences. With 18 years in community pharmacy, her career spans roles including Relief Manager (LloydsPharmacy), Teacher Practitioner in Pharmacy Practice, and Sessional Pharmacist at the University of East Anglia. Her research focuses on pharmacist-led interventions, medication reviews, and healthcare access for underserved populations.
Education: BSc (Hons) in Pharmacy from De Montfort University (1996–1999), followed by a PhD in Chemistry, Pharmacy, and Pharmacology.
Research Interests: Miriam’s work emphasizes improving patient outcomes through medication management, particularly in scenarios involving chronic disease (e.g., asthma) and end-of-life care. She investigates barriers to healthcare access and evaluates pharmacist-led initiatives to enhance patient engagement and safety.
