Dr. Milly Ryan-Harshman is an Associate Teaching Professor at Ontario Tech University’s Faculty of Health Sciences. She holds a PhD in Human Nutrition and an M.A. in Bioethics and Health Policy. Her expertise spans end-of-life care, curriculum design, simulation education, and the integration of generative AI tools in academic writing. She currently serves as the BHSc Program Director, focusing on enhancing public health specialization curricula.

Her administrative roles include recruiting volunteers for clinical simulations and leading writing-across-the-curriculum initiatives.
