Milica Kralj is an Associate Professor at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, specializing in theater and film direction. She graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts at the University of Belgrade in 1998 with the play 'Silvija' by A.R. Garni, which ran for a decade at Atelje 212's repertoire. Her career spans directing works for prestigious theaters like the Belgrade Drama Theater, Madlenianum, and National Theaters in Niš, Banja Luka, and Kragujevac.

As an educator, she has mentored students in cinematography and directing modules at the Academy of Arts, influencing emerging filmmakers like Emilia Gašić (Golden Arena winner at 2025 Pula Film Festival). Her pedagogical work includes teaching 'Camera Fundamentals' and contributing to academic calendars for film and theater studies.
