Milica Jelić is an Assistant Professor at the Conducting Department of the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, where she has worked since 2019. She is a distinguished conductor with extensive performance experience across orchestras and choirs in Serbia and internationally, including the RTS Symphony Orchestra, Berlin Sinfonietta, and the Choir 'Alliluia', which she founded.

Milica's research and artistic work focuses on conducting pedagogy, orchestral and choral direction, and music performance. She has collaborated with ensembles such as the Royal Strings of St. George, Orchestra for Contemporary Music at KUG, and National Theater Choir, blending classical and spiritual traditions. Her performances often emphasize Serbian spiritual music, as highlighted during her 2016 vocal soloist role for Prince of Wales.
