Mike Sellars holds the position of Adjunct Professor and serves as the Executive Director of the Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), an independent agency managing labor disputes involving 475,000 public employees. He has over 30 years of experience in public sector labor and employment law.

His professional expertise focuses on public sector labor relations, administrative law, and human resources management in state governance. He previously served as Deputy Director of the Washington State Department of Personnel and spent 14 years in the Attorney General's Office, including four years as Chief of the Labor and Personnel Division.
Mike currently chairs the Association of Labor Relations Agencies and has contributed to education governance through board service at Pope John Paul II High School in Lacey.
