Rebecca Ann Durden is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Albany Law School. She holds a B.A. from Colgate University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School. Before joining academia, Durden spent over three decades in legal practice, including roles at the New York State Office of the Attorney General and private firms.
