Jessica Barclay-Strobel

Professor Jessica Barclay-Strobel teaches at Southwestern Law School with over a decade of litigation experience in government and private practice. Her background includes representing state agencies in environmental law at the California Attorney General's Office and complex business litigation involving antitrust/IP matters.

Academic interests focus on environmental regulation, employment law remedies, and legal pedagogy. She has published on arbitration practices and conducted interviews with judicial figures, including California Supreme Court Justice Kathryn Werdegar.

Pro bono work includes labor rights advocacy and Supreme Court amicus briefs. As former Chair of the California Lawyers Association Litigation Section, she promotes professional development and legal ethics.
