Mike Harris is a Lecturer in Sports Coaching at the University of Worcester's School of Sport and Exercise Science. He holds a UEFA A Licence and has extensive coaching experience across multiple sports, including football (soccer), cricket, and American football. Currently, he serves as Assistant Manager of Cheltenham Town Women FC in England's third-tier league. His career includes roles at prominent football clubs like Birmingham City FC, Stoke City FC, and West Bromwich Albion FC.

Professional Experience: Mike has taught at Dudley College’s Football and Education programme, delivering FE and HND sports courses. At Worcester University, he contributed as a performance coach for men’s football teams and served as Vice-President for Student Activities (2019-2020).
Research & Practice: His work bridges theoretical sports coaching with practical application in elite and educational settings, emphasizing player development and interdisciplinary approaches to athletic performance.
