Mike Bateman is a Lecturer in Performance Analysis at the School of Sport and Exercise Science, University of Worcester. He transitioned from a decade-long career as a Performance Analyst in professional football, working with clubs including Manchester City, West Ham United, Crystal Palace, and Wolverhampton Wanderers. His academic role focuses on bridging applied and theoretical performance analysis through student placements and internships.
