Mike Edwards

Mike Edwards is a Lecturer at the College of Food, University College Birmingham. He holds an MA (Distinction) in Culinary Arts Management. His professional journey includes working in UK fine-dining establishments before transitioning to academia. He has contributed to training Junior Team England for international competitions, earning the University six silver and one bronze medal at the Culinary Olympics and World Cup.
