Caroline Dunnell is a Senior Lecturer in the College of Food at University College Birmingham. She teaches across multiple undergraduate programs, including Culinary Arts Management, Professional Chef, and Bakery and Patisserie Technology. Her academic qualifications include DTLLS, Level 4 QCF, Level 3 QCF, and an NVQ Level 3. She specializes in patisserie and has over 16 years of teaching experience.
