Mike DeKay

Dr. Mike DeKay is an Associate Professor in Decision Psychology and Quantitative Psychology at The Ohio State University's Department of Psychology, within the College of Arts and Sciences. He holds a BS in Chemistry from Caltech (1985), MS in Chemistry from Cornell (1988), and MA/PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Colorado (1992/1994). His research focuses on judgment and decision-making processes, particularly framing effects, risk perception, and energy consumption behavior.

Notable achievements include the 2006 Martcia Wade Teaching Award and contributions to metastudy methodologies.
