Miguel A Palacios

Miguel A Palacios, MD, is an Adjunct Associate Professor and core faculty member in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at UT Health San Antonio. He serves as Medical Director for the Department of Physician Assistant Studies and is actively involved in training medical students, PA students, and resident physicians.

Research & Professional Interests: Dr. Palacios focuses on full-scope family medicine, with emphasis on behavioral health, underserved populations, and clinical procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He also prioritizes medical education and teaching future healthcare professionals.

He transitioned his clinical practice to Gonzaba Medical Group in January 2025.
