John A Daniels

Dr. John A. Daniels is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at UT Health San Antonio. He serves as Laboratory Director for the UT Health San Antonio Clinical Laboratory and Section Chief for the University Hospital Blood Donor Center.

His professional interests include therapeutic apheresis and medical ethics. Dr. Daniels holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Master of Public Health from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, completed residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at UT Health San Antonio, and a fellowship in Transfusion Medicine/Blood Banking.
