Michiel Duchateau is a Lecturer in Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Groningen. His research focuses on the Europeanisation of constitutional law and the competence of courts in constitutional review, particularly addressing sovereignty, federalism, and vertical power divisions.
