Associate Professor Michelle Gray holds an Adjunct Associate Professor position at Edith Cowan University's School of Nursing and Midwifery, coordinating the Master of Midwifery Practice program. She also holds adjunct roles at Charles Darwin University, University of the Sunshine Coast, and University of Queensland. With a 34-year career spanning nursing (since 1990) and midwifery (since 1995), her clinical experience includes UK-based high-risk hospital care, community midwifery, and home births. Her academic journey began at the University of the Sunshine Coast (PhD, 2016), where she led the Master of Midwifery program. Research focuses on midwifery education, transition-to-practice challenges, blended learning innovations, and policy analysis.
