Michaela Leyshon is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law, Swansea University. She specializes in civil and family law, combining academic teaching with legal practice as an associate solicitor at Smith Llewelyn Partnership. Her teaching responsibilities include Civil Litigation, Probate, Family Law and Practice, and Child Care Law modules. She co-founded and coordinates the School’s Pro Bono Clinic. Professional affiliations include roles as Local Conciliation Officer for the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), committee member of Swansea Young Lawyers Group, and membership in key legal organizations like Resolution and APIL.
