Michael Ullmann is a Lecturer in Law and Leader in Residence at Columbia University Law School. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School (1983) and a B.A. magna cum laude from Cornell University (1980). Ullmann has extensive experience bridging legal and business leadership, particularly in corporate governance, ESG strategy, and mergers & acquisitions, informed by his 11-year tenure as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Johnson & Johnson.
