Robert Mundheim is a Professor of Corporate Law and Finance at the James E. Rogers College of Law, University of Arizona. He is also Of Counsel at global law firm Shearman & Sterling. With a 65-year career, he has held prominent roles including General Counsel at Salomon Inc., Dean of the University of Pennsylvania Law School (1982–1989), and General Counsel of the U.S. Treasury Department (1977–1980). His career spans academia, law firms, corporate leadership, and government service.
