Mark Vecchio is a Lecturer in Law and Adjunct Faculty member at Columbia Law School. He is also Chair of the New York Corporate Group at Venable LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm, where he specializes in corporate and commercial transactions with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international project finance, international joint ventures, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development projects, and private equity transactions. His practice spans energy, natural resources, and international corporate governance.
