Michael McCann is a Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and a tenured Professor of Law at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he is also the Founding Director of the Sports and Entertainment Law Institute and Associate Dean for Intellectual Life. He has received multiple Professor of the Year awards for teaching excellence and is a leading global expert in sports law, innovating courses on Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) rights, intellectual property, and antitrust law.
