Michael Manning is a Lecturer in the Regulatory Science program at Johns Hopkins University's Advanced Academic Programs. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed postdoctoral training at the National Cancer Institute.
His expertise lies in regulatory science, focusing on biologic products such as monoclonal antibodies, bispecific constructs, and antibody-drug conjugates. He contributes to regulatory submissions (INDs, BLAs, NDAs) and research on first-in-human dose selection at the FDA's Office of Oncologic Diseases.
