Michael Hughes is a Doctoral Student at the Royal College of Music, focusing on Composition under supervisors William Mival, Steve Goss, and Andrew Hamilton. He received scholarships as an RCM Award Holder and the Frank Bridge Studentship (2019). His work spans contemporary and early classical guitar repertoire, with performances at venues like the Barbican and Wigmore Hall.
