Michael Gøtze is a Professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen, where he has served since 2011. He heads the WELMA Centre for Legal Studies in Welfare and Market, focusing on Nordic welfare models and administrative challenges. His professional background includes service as a judge at the Eastern High Court and civil service at the Ministry of the Interior.
