Michael Grugan

Michael Grugan (PhD) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Northumbria University, specializing in perfectionism research across educational and sport contexts. He employs quantitative methods like structural equation modeling and network analysis to study perfectionistic climates and their impacts on mental health.

Research interests include perfectionism, burnout, psychopathologies, and optimizing sport/performance psychology.
