Michael E. Noyes is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Criminal Justice & Sociology at the University of North Texas at Dallas. With over 30 years of experience in criminal justice, he specializes in community corrections, juvenile probation, and family court systems. He serves as internship coordinator and teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses.

- M.A. and Ph.D. in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania
His career includes former leadership roles as Chief Juvenile Probation Officer in Pennsylvania, Director of Community Corrections, and Chief Program Officer at the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ).
