Michael Dias

Dr. Michael Dias is a Professor of Science Education at Kennesaw State University’s College of Science and Mathematics. His work focuses on science teacher preparation, mentorship, and inquiry-based pedagogy, with a strong emphasis on social justice in STEM education.

• Current research explores science teacher reflection, Argument-Driven Inquiry, and STEM teaching for social justice.
• He has developed the Multidimensional Model of Reflective Practice and Critical Incident Reflection protocol to support teacher candidates’ professional growth.
