Dr Michael Davies is a Lecturer in Health and Physical Education at the University of Canberra's Faculty of Education. He also serves as an Academic Quality Advisor. His primary affiliations include the Department of Health and Physical Education within the Faculty of Education. Dr Davies' research focuses on culturally responsive pedagogy, decolonial approaches to physical education, STEM integration in PE, and curriculum development. He has led and contributed to projects such as integrating STEM practices into early childhood education and developing a 'Country as Teacher' curriculum framework.
