Michael Collins

Dr. Michael Collins is an Associate Professor of Modern and Contemporary British History at University College London (UCL), affiliated with the Department of History within the Faculty of Social and Historical Sciences. He holds a D.Phil. (PhD) from the University of Oxford and has been at UCL since 2007. His research focuses on political ideas and cultural transformations in post-1940 Britain, including decolonization, migration, racial identity, and the socio-cultural role of cricket in shaping British identity.
