Michael C. Duff is a Professor at the School of Law, Saint Louis University, specializing in Employment Law through the William C. Wefel Center. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy (summa cum laude, West Chester University, 1991) and a J.D. from Harvard Law School (1995). His teaching focuses on Torts, Labor Law, Workers’ Compensation, and Occupational Safety and Health. Prior to academia, he served as a trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board and practiced workers’ compensation law, complemented by 15 years as a union organizer and blue-collar worker.
