Mia Consalvo is a Professor and Canada Research Chair in Game Studies & Design at Concordia University. She serves as Graduate Program Director in Communication Studies and directs the Concordia Centre for Technoculture, Art and Games. Her research focuses on game studies, qualitative methods, new media, and popular culture.
