Her research explores how tissue environments shape immune cell behavior in health, disease, and aging, with translational applications in autoimmunity, transplantation, and inflammation. Recent work includes decoding tumor macrophage dynamics, mapping lymphoid tissue responses to viral challenges, and investigating age-related immune changes.
Her publications highlight multi-omics and spatial imaging approaches to dissect tissue-specific immunity, spanning topics like kidney and cardiac transplantation, neuroinflammation in Parkinson’s disease, and immunotherapy mechanisms in cancer.
- Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences (FMedSci)
- Fellow of the Royal Society (FRS)
She actively supervises postgraduate research and contributes to interdisciplinary training via the FOCIS Centre of Excellence, focusing on clinical and translational immunology.
