Melissa Thompson

Melissa Thompson, Ph.D., is a full-time Professor at the School of Kinesiology and Nutrition, University of Southern Mississippi. She specializes in Sport Psychology and Coach Development, teaching courses like Advanced Sport Coaching Methodology, Sport Psychology, and Practicum in Sport Coaching. Her research focuses on the internship process, coaching ethics, and professional development frameworks.
